This is a picture I just took today of a few of our trees in our backyard. The leaves are just gorgeous! What a beautiful world the Lord has made!

It's November 1st, which means it's almost Thanksgiving!! You know, it's too bad that so many places seem to skip this wonderful holiday and go right to Christmas (which is normally more than a month away!). It seems that America forgets one of the most important holidays of the year. Thanksgiving is about being thankful for what God has given us and done for us. My family celebrates this holiday as I'm sure many others do as well...but there are so many that do not remember what a special event this really is. I hope that you will remember it and will celebrate as we all thank the Lord for His goodness towards us!
