"Do Not Give Up On Me" - God

Living for God is not always a happy time. Sometimes it can be a trying time where you have to make a decision to stand for what's right no matter what the consequences. It can be hard. You might not hear that all the time because it seems that nowadays most pastors seem to leave out all the things they know people don't want to hear because it's unsettling. Many pastors, especially Joel Ostein only discuss the happy, wonderful things of being a believer in Jesus. While those things may be true...they're certainly not telling the whole truth. Read this carefully...THERE WILL BE TOUGH, HEART WRENCHING times in you Christian walk where you may want to give up on the Lord. But read this carefully too...DO NOT GIVE UP ON GOD. Those trials are there for a reason. They help you know God better, because in those times He should be the One you turn to the most. Don't get discouraged...there's always good that comes out of those flames you walk through. He'll be with you all they way no matter what.
I know I just talked about something like this a couple posts ago, but I feel the Lord was leading me to bring up that point again. Because I'm sure, during these times we're living in, you are facing some trials you will either handle with a Godly attitude or you will handle by simply saying.."Sorry God! You messed my life up, I don't want anything to do with you anymore!". I pray that that will not be what you say. Because if you do, there will consequences you can mark my word, unless God has miraculous mercy on you. When you throw God down the trash can, your life will be even worse than it was when God allowed a flame to come. You will be miserable and you will find your self doing things you never thought you'd do. Please I urge you, take my advice...DON'T GIVE UP ON GOD. He only wants the best for you, and sometimes the best for you comes out of the worst flames you can think of.
